How To Update Android 4.4.2 Kitkat and Root LG G2:
1. Download and Copy Stock Firmware, Google Wallet Fix and
SuperSU zip packages in your device.
2. Now boot your device in TWRP Recovery Mode.
3. In TWRP Recovery mode select Wipe>Advanced Wipe.
4. Also Wipe Dalvik cache, System, Data, and Cache.
5. Now go to the main menu of Recovery Mode and tap on Install button.
6. Select Android 4.4.2 Kitkat Stock Firmware package
downloaded from above and Swipe the confirmation slider to install the
ROM.
7. If you are AT&T LG G2 user: After
installing ROM, tap Install button again and select D800_wallet_fix.zip file and Swipe
the confirmation slider to install the zip file.
8. Then go back and select UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.xx.zip file
and install it too.
9. Now, reboot your phone using Reboot> System option
in TWRP.
That’s it!!! Your LG G2 is successfully updated to Android
4.4.2. Kitkat without losing Root access.
